How to Track

  1. Locate your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent after dispatch.
  2. Enter the tracking number on the tracking page, or click the link in the email to open the carrier site directly.
  3. Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.

What the Statuses Mean

  • Order received: payment confirmed, order in our processing queue.
  • Processing: items being picked, packed, and labelled.
  • Shipped: package handed to the carrier, tracking number active.
  • In transit: package moving through the carrier network.
  • Out for delivery: package on the delivery vehicle today.
  • Delivered: carrier confirms delivery to your address.

Need Help?

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), email support@prestiga.shop with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation.
