How to Track
- Locate your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent after dispatch.
- Enter the tracking number on the tracking page, or click the link in the email to open the carrier site directly.
- Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.
What the Statuses Mean
- Order received: payment confirmed, order in our processing queue.
- Processing: items being picked, packed, and labelled.
- Shipped: package handed to the carrier, tracking number active.
- In transit: package moving through the carrier network.
- Out for delivery: package on the delivery vehicle today.
- Delivered: carrier confirms delivery to your address.
Need Help?
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), email support@prestiga.shop with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation.
