This Shipping Policy explains how, when, and where Prestige ships orders placed on prestiga.shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Handling time: 1–3 business days. All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays, after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Friday, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day. Orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Reno, Nevada.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.

3. Estimated Transit Time

Transit time is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

  • United States (contiguous 48): 3–7 business days
  • United States (AK, HI, territories): 6–12 business days
  • Canada / United Kingdom / European Union: 7–14 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 8–15 business days

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. Tracking updates are available within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $75.
  • Free international shipping on orders over $150.
  • Flat-rate options are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination state.
  • EU / UK VAT is not collected at checkout; see §6 below.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier. You can also track your order at prestiga.shop/pages/track-order.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), email support@prestiga.shop with your order number. Packages confirmed lost are replaced or fully refunded. For damaged orders, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
