1. Where is Prestige based and where do orders ship from?
Prestige is headquartered at 44921 40th St, Paw Paw, Michigan 49079, United States. Orders ship from our fulfilment warehouse in Reno, Nevada.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
3. How long is delivery?
Estimated transit time from dispatch:
- US (contiguous 48): 3–7 business days
- US (AK, HI, territories): 6–12 business days
- Canada / UK / EU: 7–14 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 8–15 business days
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand. Import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.
5. How can I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. You can also track it at prestiga.shop/pages/track-order.
6. What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery (or 14 days under EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights). Email support@prestiga.shop to request a Return Authorisation. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns (typically $6–$15 within the US). If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Prestige covers return shipping in full.
8. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect the return (3–5 business days), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers.
10. Is checkout secure?
Yes. The entire site uses 256-bit SSL encryption, and payments are handled by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Stripe — all PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
11. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. Email support@prestiga.shop with your order number. After 24 hours the order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be modified, but it can be returned after delivery.
