At Prestige we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, our 30-day money-back guarantee has you covered. Below is exactly how it works.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests submitted after day 30 cannot be accepted.

1a. EU & UK Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Our standard 30-day return window above is offered in addition to this statutory right. To exercise it, email support@prestiga.shop with your order number.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear

3. How to Start a Return — Step-by-Step

  1. Email support@prestiga.shop within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Wait for authorisation. Our team will reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the return shipping address. Returns sent without an RA number cannot be processed.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  4. Ship the parcel using a tracked service. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility (typically $6–$15 within the US). For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Prestige covers return shipping in full and issues a prepaid label.
  5. Send us the tracking number by replying to the same email thread so we can monitor the parcel.

3a. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return arrives at our warehouse, inspection takes 3–5 business days.
  • After approval, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Total time from drop-off to refund landing in your account is typically 8–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation the moment the refund is issued.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prestiga.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping — within 2 business days.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, place a new order for the replacement and return the original under the process above. This is the fastest way to receive your replacement.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@prestiga.shop with your order number. After 24 hours the order has likely entered fulfilment and the standard return process applies once delivered.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund:

  1. Re-check the original payment method’s transaction list.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer — settlement can take additional time on their side.
  3. If still unresolved, email support@prestiga.shop and we will investigate immediately.
